Partner Yoga with Tyler Powers

Grab your buddy - it's time for Partner Yoga with Tyler Powers at 90 Degrees Yoga Anderson!

Partner Yoga is fun and playful, and students will get a chance to learn and build trust - and to also be trusted! There are a myriad of postures designed to help students receive the benefits of yoga alongside a friend of partner, including balancing poses, breathing exercises, twists, and even a few inversions. Partner yoga is relaxing, lighthearted, and can even be a bit hilarious here and there!

This class will not be heated, and your "partner" does not have to be romantic - friends and family are invited as well! And if you don't have a partner - no worries! Come be a part of the group and just enjoy the class! No experience is necessary to join in - all are welcome!

Class will be an hour and a half, and afterwards, we will have snacks and drinks for everyone to enjoy. It's a perfect way to spend a Saturday night!

Each person must sign-up individually. Registration can be done online or in person, and please feel free to contact us with any questions! See you (and your partner) at the studio!
