2018 PARADE SCHEDULE AND GUIDELINES
Applications Due: Wednesday November 7, 2018
Day of parade: Sunday, November 11, 2018
1:30 – 2:30 PM - Check in
(Located at the corner of Roberts St and Murray Ave - behind Wells Fargo building)
2:15 PM - All MOVING units (cars, floats, military vehicles, etc.) in place
2:45 PM - Staging area CLOSED - NO EXCEPTIONS
3:00 PM - Parade begins
Important Information
- Please try to have participants carpool to parade area since parking is limited. Participants may park in the Wells Fargo parking lot if necessary. All vehicles participating in the parade must park in their assigned staging location.
- Report to Murray Avenue and Roberts to check-in and receive your line up number
- After receiving your number, continue up the hill to Main Street and a staff member will direct you to the appropriate position.
- Streets crossing Main St along the parade route and staging area will be closed
- Once the parade begins, parade staff will tell each unit when to begin
- Participants may only exit the parade route at River St
- Participants should use Murray Avenue to return to parade staging area
