Are We Making A Difference?? Defining, Measuring and Communicating Outcomes

This session is appropriate for both individuals new to the concepts of outcome measurement as well as those who have already built their measurement plan and have begun collecting results. Through this session participants will:

~ Review the basic concepts of outcome measurement

~ Walk through the logic model, measurement plan and performance tracking tools

~ Identify your organization's indicators of success

~ Build or improve upon your measurement and data collection plan

~ Discuss concepts of how to collect, organize, utilize and communicate your results

If your organization already has developed a logic model and measurement plan, bring it with you!
