DCEC - the Developmental Center for Exceptional Childrenprovides critical educational and therapeutic services to children living with special needs.  We serve children with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Hydrocephalus, Muscular Dystrophy, Cystic Fibrosis, Genetic Conditions and Developmental Delays.  These children need our community to be their CHAMPIONS!
