Pump Boys and Dinettes

The “Pump Boys” sell high octane on Highway 57 in Grand Ole Opry country and the “Dinettes,” Prudie and Rhetta Cupp, run the Double Cupp diner next door. Together they fashion an evening of country western and rock songs that received unanimous raves on and off-Broadway. With heartbreak and hilarity, they perform on guitars, piano, bass and, yes, kitchen utensils. Featuring 19 musical numbers in which the actors also play the instruments, by the time closing time comes along, you'll wish you could stay a little while longer.

Directed by Reed Halvorson with musical direction by Joshua C. Morton, PUMP BOYS AND DINETTES stars Austin Finley, Austin Smith, Mark Spung-Wiles, David Sims, Kip Brock, and David Watson as the Pump Boys and Hannah Morton and Kelly Davis as the Dinettes.
