Lunch and Learn: Advance Care Planning

Communicating your healthcare wishes in advance is one of the best gifts you could give to those who love you and may be caring for you. This informative seminar will be led by Nancy Dereng, RN. Nancy is an experienced Hospice nurse and currently serves as the Community Development Nurse for Interim Healthcare and Hospice.

Topics covered will include: living wills, healthcare power of attorney, and tips for having conversations about your care choices.
