Without a strong leadership pipeline, critical roles can be left unfilled - sometimes for months or even years. This workshop will explore how to develop your high-potential employees so they will be ready and able to assume leadership roles in the future.
After having started a small business of his own and since providing executive sales leadership to both an established company (40 years old) and an early-stage start-up company, Jeff realized his passion of developing high performance organizations. His industry experience includes not-for-profit fundraising, retail sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical services, B2B sales and service, software sales, and business consulting. He now serves as the Managing Chair for C12 Business Forums in Upstate SC.
