Heart Affirmations - Art & Meditation
Join Donna Persinger, founder of Heart Roots Arts, at 90 Degrees Yoga Anderson, in this insightful workshop called "Heart Affirmations."
Students will first begin developing a Heart Affirmation statement through musical inspiration; conversation; and a series of guided meditative and written exercises.
Once determined, students will create a unique piece of art with the theme of a winged heart, which will display their personal Heart Affirmation statement as a colorful, visual reminder to take home and reflect upon.
The cost of the class is $55, which includes all materials. You can register in person at the studio or online. Spaces are very limited, so please register early!
Students should bring a light lunch to eat during a brief break in the middle.
