Get a first look at the redesigned Gambrell Teen Room and the all new makerspace Electric City Creative! Explore maker equipment for projects like sewing, vinyl, and die-cutting as well as high tech tools for audio and video recording and editing, photo manipulation, and graphic design. Test out VR games, get inspired for your next maker project, and see what upcoming programs for teens are happening! The Jonathan Gambrell Teen Room has expanded to include the new Electric City Creative - a space for tweens, teens, and adults to explore new technology, access professional quality applications, and collaborate on projects. Located on the 2nd floor of the Anderson Main Library, experienced users and novices alike will find the latest tools for graphic design, audio recording, and photo and video editing alongside low-tech maker equipment for multiple kinds of projects. Electric City Creative also has room for play with the latest Virtual Reality (VR) and gaming consoles. The first and only space of its kind in Anderson, Electric City Creative is free to use for anyone ages 12 and up.
